Classes at Somers Town Community Centre
There are a number of regular classes running each week at the centre.
- ESOL classes for women.
- English spoken as another language.
- We have a fully operational crèche for children from six months onwards. Both tutor and crèche workers are provided by Westminster Kingsway College.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays 1:00 -3:00pm.
- ESOL classes for men.
- Mondays 1:00 - 3:00pm.
- Wednesdays 1:00 - 3:00pm.
- ESOL with IT for women
- Wednesdays 1.00 - 3.00pm
- Knitting.
- Mondays 1.00 - 3.00pm. If you want to learn to knit or are already proficient come and join a relaxed group looking to share and expand their skills.
- Northern Soul Dance Class .
- Tuesdays 6:00 - 8:00pm. Beginners and Advanced welcome £2.00 per session
- Lyra Greek Dance.
- Thursdays 7.15pm - 9:15pm.
- Yoga
- Fridays 3.30-4.30pm.
- Healthy Hearts
- Mondays 5.00-6.00pm.
- Cooking in the Community
- Monday 6.00 -9.00pm from September x 10 weeks. A session with a chef in our semi commercial kitchen using fresh food and creating delicious dishes. All for £1.65p per session.
