Hall Hire and Meeting Rooms

We have a large hall (capacity 90 people) a training room (capacity 15), small meeting room (capacity 5), a café area (capacity 30) and kitchen available for self-catering. All of these are available for hire at the rates given below.

We operate a sliding scale depending on the nature of the organisation making the booking. The three categories are

We offer local Tenants Associations free use of the space as part of our commitment to supporting local capacity building initiatives.

Facilities available 7 days a week until 22.30, depending on the Centre programme.

We also have a fully equipped nursery on the first floor which is used by our drop in sessions, but which we also hire out as a dedicated crèche space. This is particularly popular with training agencies.

We are also able to offer a small amount of desk space to local groups.

In addition to the hourly rate a £100 deposit is required for all social and weekend bookings. This will be returned only if the space hired is left in a good state of cleanliness and repair.

All hire fees must be paid in full before the booking date to secure a caretaker on site to open the building.

The Management Committee reserves the right to cancel a provisional booking if it has not been paid for.
