To celebrate over 40 years of serving the community, we are hosting Open To All—a massive community open day spread across both the STCA and The Living Centre. Whether you want to discover local services, pick up a new skill, grab a cuppa, or hear about the exciting upcoming refurbishment of the STCA building, there is something here for everyone.

Event Details

• Time: 11:30 am – 3:30 pm

• Where: Somers Town Community Association (STCA) & The St Pancras & Somers Town Living Centre

• Cost: Entirely FREE and absolutely no booking required! Just pop right in.g

What’s Happening at STCA?

Head over to the STCA Main Hall and outdoor space to connect with familiar faces, creative workshops, and essential building updates.

STCA Refurbishment Gazebo: Stop by the gazebo outside to chat directly with us and Deepika about the exciting upcoming building transformation! We are also hoping to have representatives from TF Energy and our window contractors on-site to answer your questions.

Creative & Youth Hub (Main Hall):

Get crafty with a hands-on sewing session with Ema.

Meet Michael and the local Scouts team.

Connect with the team from Kindle Corner (Salina), NCI Foundation (Ngozi), and Global Generation.

Say hello to Sylvi and John Wood, who will be there to welcome you.

Food & Community Connections: Enjoy treats at the STCA Cafe, and keep an eye out for Bally (Sunday Church Group) and Jim, who will both be popping past to celebrate with us!

What’s Happening at The Living Centre (LC)?

The Living Centre will be packed with healthcare providers, career advisers, and local support networks ready to offer advice, gather your feedback, and hand out some delicious food!

Taste Tests & Practical Support:

Urban Community Projects: The team will be cooking up a storm in the kitchen to offer delicious Meal Pack tasters! Find them in the Reception area to try a sample and learn more about their food programs.

The Bike Project: Located right outside the Living Centre—perfect for cycling enthusiasts or anyone looking to get moving.

Somers Town Job Hub Team: Also located outside, ready to help you find your next career move, polish your CV, or access local skills training.

Information & Feedback Hub (LC Reception Area):

• • Age UK: Share your thoughts! They want to hear from older residents and local providers about what services you want to see in the area.
  • Healthwatch Camden: Come tell them what you want to see as the lasting Healthwatch legacy in Somers Town.
  • Support Services: Pick up vital information from Blind Aid, iCope, Training Link, and Civitas.
  • Community Safety: Meet your local Met Police team for an informal chat.
  • Somers Town Neighbourhood Forum (STNF): Look out for their banner to stay updated on local neighbourhood planning.
