We are delighted to welcome back all our BAME community members and the rest of the local community. After a long absence from the scene caused by the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown. We are glad to see your faces again and hope your loved ones are safe.

Our services are restarting with more energy as well as establishing some new activities. First activity started on Monday 21 September at the Polygon Open Gym in Somers Town. Up to six men from the BAME community have attended where they exercised for an hour.

There was joy in their faces while they were pushing, pulling, sliding, twisting and stretching their bodies. We were rigorously adhering to the government COVID-19 health advice. So, if you fancy some stretches, please register with the project worker, his details are below.

The activity runs every Monday from 2.30pm at Polygon Open Gym. Other activities that are starting soon will include face mask making sessions.

This hands-on activity will be running from the MAKE base at the Story Garden. You will be meeting likeminded men, learn some handy skills and save a few pounds in the process. Therefore, if you are interested in these kinds of activities please contact us.

We are looking forward to hearing your ideas again. Contact Mohamoud Hassan, Project Worker Telephone 020 7380 0453 or email mohamoud@thelivingcentre.or
